Payment Methods
Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will receive an electronic PDF invoice via email.
All payments should be made prior to your appointment and must be paid via BACS transfer.
Cancellation & Late Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will need to do so no later than 48 hours prior to your consultation. Failure to do this will result in the full cost of the consultation being charged.
If you arrive late for your consultation, your appointment time may be shortened to accommodate. Full payment will still be required.
